We map how stress actually shows up in your body—sleep, hunger, tension, energy. You’ll learn simple, science-informed regulation tools you can use between meetings, on flights, and before bed to bring your system back to neutral.
We work on the quiet beliefs driving “all or nothing” cycles: productivity guilt, body criticism, and perfectionism. You’ll practice decisions from the identity of a woman who trusts herself and her body, not just disciplines it.
You’ll receive structured, flexible nutrition built around your schedule, preferences, and cultural context. No rigid meal plans. No moral labels. You’ll learn to eat for fat loss, focus, and satiety—with room for real life.
Personalized, progressive strength programs that respect your joints, time, and recovery. Sessions are built to fit into 45–60 minutes, 2–4 times per week, adjusted around travel and seasons of intensity.
